Unidentified Aroid Cultivar 1

This plant is about 45 cm high from the soil line and about 50 cm across.  It is in a grow bag about 20 cm across filled to about 10 cm. Both the upper and lower leaf surfaces are shiny. I bought it at the Botanical Gardens nursery a couple of weeks ago. The attendant thought it was Caladium bicolor which is incorrect. He may have been thinking it was a Calla Lily.
Any suggestions?

Phil , Alocasia macrorrhizos variegated form .
Can be unstable , and prefers some shade and to be planted out .
I have grown many forms of this sp. and never had much success in pots.

This one is going in the ground. I understand it can get rather large. I am also going to try it at the finca.
